Learning Challenges: Happiness/Health

One thing I have learned from my mother is that movement is key to being healthy. It doesn't have to be a crazy amount of physical work but even going for a walk once a day will help in the long term. If it is nice outside I like to walk around a park or if I need to study I got to the gym and read while I walk.

  1. Sara, I have also been trying to keep up myself on staying fit/in-shape. I believe that happiness and health go hand in hand. When you look good, you feel good. I also think it is funny that you said you read when you walk because that incorporates the "R" in the learn by HEART challenge as well. Thanks for posting.
